I am a food consultant, educator and writer, active in sustainability movements in my community. I have lived and eaten all over the world. Currently, I live in New Jersey and teach cooking classes and present seminars and workshops on nourishing happiness through sensible and delicious eating. A blue ribbon graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School, I have worked in food public relations and special events planning, been a recipe developer and food stylist for major national publications, and co-authored a cookbook, (Essential Flavors, Viking, 1994). I am a certified Health Counsellor, with a certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am committed to offering everyday solutions to the many challenges we face as we attempt to feed ourselves healthy and tasty meals sustainably.
